Return And Refund Policy

Return Policy

At doors.com we take every step to help qualify and insure that you are purchasing a product that will be work well for your project. However we understand that every now and then you may have a change or heart. Should you find the need to initiate a return, you have seven (7) days from the delivery date to send any eligible returnable items (as noted below).

It's essential to be informed about the types of returns we can accommodate and those that we regrettably cannot process.

Returnable Items

  • Door Slab (Must Be Unfinished & Unmodified)
  • Door Parts
  • Stock Handle Sets (Excludes Custom Handles)

 

All items considered for a return must be in the original state in which they were received. Any items that have been installed are ineligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Pre-hung Door Units
  • Doors That Have Been Finished, Trimmed, or Drilled
  • Custom Items
  • Special Order Items

 

If your item qualifies for a return you will be responsible for the following:

  • Original Shipping Costs
  • Return Shipping Back to Manufacturer
  • 25% Restocking Fee

Order Cancellation

We understand you may need to cancel an order for various reasons. We can cancel any order that is placed with in 2 business days of the initial purchase. Notice of cancellation must be in writing via email to sales@doors.com. If you wish to cancel an order after 2 business days we will contact that vendor or manufacturer and try to stop the order, however we cannot guarantee a 100% refund after two business days.

Refunds and Partial Refunds

Please allow 5-7 business days for most refunds. Refunds will be applied via the original payment method unless otherwise expressed.
